Where is your studio located?
At this time we are a mobile floral studio - serving Northern New Jersey, New York, and the Tri-State Area. We are in the process of securing a studio space in Closter, NJ. We will notify everyone as soon as we finalize the deets.
What are your hours of operation?
We work Monday through Friday, normal business hours. We host pop ups locally at designated times. Weekends are typically held for events.
How can I shop for blooms?
There are three ways to shop for blooms:
- Sign up for our Wild Child Club Subscription and receive blooms at a discounted rate, along with a ton of other perks.
- We release a monthly drop on Instagram Live every 1st of the month. After the drop, we open pre-orders for local delivery on the last Thursday of every month. To be notified of our monthly drops, we encourage you to sign up for our email newsletter.
- Have an upcoming event, we encourage you to shop our a la carte event menu.
- Need bespoke wedding/event floral, contact us.
- Need something custom, place a custom floral order. Custom floral orders are our made-to-order luxe signature blooms available for delivery.
What are IG LIVES and do I have to participate to shop for blooms?
We launched our IG Lives out of necessity, and we fell in love with the process! Our monthly IG Lives are a fun, free-spirited way to connect with our clients—dancing, singing, laughing, and sharing excitement. During each live, we announce our monthly bloom drop, showcasing the color palette available that month. We also offer giveaways, discounts, and introduce other local small businesses we love.
While it's not necessary to participate in the live, they’re always a blast! Wild Child Club Subscriptions are monthly blooms delivered straight to your doorstep. Pre-orders are open right after each IG Lives for those who want to shop our monthly drops. If you miss the live, don’t worry—you can always visit our shop and pre-order anytime before the following monthly delivery!

Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
We understand that life happens, but we want to be upfront about our refund policy. Since we work with perishable goods, once floral orders are placed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. This is because we are not able to receive refunds from our farmers, wholesalers, or other vendors we work with. We take great care in sourcing and preparing your blooms, and once those orders are confirmed, we’re fully committed to delivering the best quality flowers for your event. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a smooth and reliable process for all our clients.

Wild Child Subscription
Is there a minimum commitment to sign up for a subscription?
This is a no strings attached kind of commitment! We would love it if you’d give it a chance and try it for at least 3 months before you call it quits, but we want you to LOVE it! If you find it's not for you, you can cancel anytime!
Am I able to set up a subscription as a gift?
Gifting a floral subscription is a beautiful way to say 'I love you.' Simply place the order in the recipient’s name with their delivery address, but use your email and billing info for account management. Note: If subscription gifts are not for you, there's always a gift card!
When are subscription products delivered and can I control this?
Subscription blooms are available for local delivery on the last Thursday of the month. Deliveries will not occur on major holidays; if a delivery falls during a holiday week or when our office is closed, all deliveries will arrive either a few days prior or a few days after the holiday. Specific dates will be sent out each month.
You are not required to be at home to receive your floral deliveries. If no one is home to leave your flowers with, we will first attempt to leave them with a neighbor. If a neighbor is not available, we will leave your flowers in a safely shaded area. A delivery driver will call if we are unable to safely deliver your flowers. If you have specific delivery instructions, we encourage you to add a note to your delivery order.
If we are unable to deliver your flowers, they will be returned to our shop and stored for 24 hours. You will have the option to pick them up locally or pay to have them redelivered. If we do not hear from you after 24 hours, your order will be canceled.
Can I change my color palette?
Our monthly bloom drop features a curated color palette each month. Clients can skip months if the palette isn’t their vibe by updating their account before the processing date. Once an order is processed, refunds are not available. While changing palettes isn’t possible, as orders are planned in advance, selecting the seasonal option at checkout ensures you’ll receive fresh, rotating designs for the most variety. We keep things streamlined to provide a seamless experience from order to delivery!
Can I skip an order?
Yes of course! To skip an order all you need to do is log into your account where you can manage your orders. Skipping an order needs to be done prior to your next billing cycle. Billing cycles occur monthly on the same date as your initial subscription purchase. If you have any issues feel free to email at: hello@wildnomadflowerco.com 72 hours before your next charge date.
What happens to my subscription if your shop is closed?
Yes, it’s true, sometimes we do close up shop for holidays and of course family vacations too ;P, so how will our shop closures effect your floral subscriptions you ask? If our shop is closed for any reason on a day where you are meant to receive a subscription product, we will communicate this via email as well as on social media, and your subscription product will be delivered on the next available delivery date, upon our reopening.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We make it super easy for you to manage your own subscriptions. To cancel your subscription all you need to do is log into your account prior to your next billing cycle and cancel. If you cancel your subscription after a charge has been made, you will receive one more upcoming subscription product before your subscription is officially terminated.
Events & Pop-ups
Where can I find the truck?
Our vintage flower truck will be out and about monthly for pop-ups at your favorite spots, offering fresh seasonal blooms. Find us around Bergen County, New Jersey with flowers in tow! Follow us on Instagram @wildnomadflowerco or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of our whereabouts. Be sure to pre-order your blooms in advance for local pickup at one of our pop-ups. We do our monthly IG Lives every 1st of the month.
Can we book the truck for private events?
Absolutely! The truck is available to rent for private events like weddings, parties, photoshoots, and even as a unique micro-wedding option. We’ll also host seasonal and private floral design workshops right from the truck. Follow us on Instagram @wildnomadflowerco for updates!
Can I use the truck for anything else?
Yes, absolutely! Our vintage truck is a versatile addition to events and photoshoots. While it’s perfect for hosting fully stocked flower experiences, its built-in shelving is also great for displaying retail items, food, dessert bars, and more. Plus, she’s incredibly photogenic and available for staging and photoshoots to enhance your brand’s story.
Is the truck available for collaborations?
Collaborations with our truck are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis. As a premium service, the truck is reserved for full bookings and is not available for fully stocked free events or pop-ups. However, we value partnerships and offer other ways to collaborate, including bloom bars and a monthly small business pop-up where we distribute pre-orders and sell bouquets on-site. How can I join the route, and who can be part of it?
Anyone with a brick-and-mortar location can be considered for our distribution route! We plan routes in advance and ask that you have adequate space on your premises for the truck. If exterior space isn’t available, we can also set up an alternative bloom bar indoors. To join, simply contact us to sign up for our monthly route. We’ll review your request and reach out to schedule!
I’D LOVE TO HAVE THE TRUCK COME TO MY OFFICE, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
You can count us in for sure! Flowers in an office setting is sure to brighten up any desk..or day! We will happily setup our truck outside your office so you and your team can build bouquets during break, or if you really want to get your hands dirty we can coordinate a super unique corporate workshop customized especially for you. Wedding & Elopement
Do you do custom floral for weddings?
Yes, we absolutely do! We love curating a wedding full of floral magic, starting with understanding your event's vibe and love story. From there, we’ll personalize your florals, curating the color scheme and moodboarding blooms for a seamless experience. We handle everything from personal florals to centerpieces, table decor, and stunning installations. While we don’t impose minimums, our custom wedding floral packages typically start at $5,000 and range between $5,000 and $20,000.
We proudly serve Northern New Jersey, New York, the Tri-State Area and BEYOND! Yes, that's right, we're happy to travel almost anywhere for you!
I don't have the budget for custom wedding floral, what are my options?
Our A La Carte Event Blooms are a great option for brides looking for beautiful wedding florals without the full floral package. You can purchase everything from bouquets to centerpieces and order those directly through our shop. Choose from two styles—our signature collection and our wild blooms collection. Both come in a selection of color options including: Moody Vibes, Soft & Neutral, Bold & Bright, and Pretty Pastels. These blooms are available for delivery only, please note, this is a drop off option only. No installations or placements will take place. A la carte event blooms come with limited customization. We designed it this way still getting stunning florals for your big day while allowing us to streamline our offerings.
What elopement packages do you offer?
We’re obsessed with the simplicity and magic of elopements! We offer a few ways to work with eloping couples:
- For couples looking for just their blooms, choose from our two styles—modern & colorful or luxe & neutral. These are available for pick-up and have limited customization.
- For couples seeking a full editorial-style experience, this package includes elopement blooms, an installation, wardrobe styling, and location scouting. While we don’t provide photography services, we will work with your photographer to style moments throughout your elopement, curating content for social media. We also coordinate your cake and champagne for a seamless celebration.
- Additionally, we will offer studio rental space for couples seeking a customizable intimate space for their elopement. We’ll design and prepare your elopement installation in-house, ensuring everything is ready for your special day.

Do you sell DIY Blooms for weddings?
Yes, this is something we will be offering in the future. We are not yet setup to do so, but it's coming! Sign up for our newsletter to get all the updates.
Do you offer Bridal Workshops?
Yes, absolutely! Bridal workshops are one of our favorites. Perfect for brides looking to create unforgettable memories with their bridal party, this luxe 2-hour experience is hosted in a studio space we source or can be coordinated off-site if needed. We’ll bring champagne, charcuterie bites, and an abundance of blooms, guiding you and your party through the design process as you create your bouquets together. Please note, this workshop focuses on bouquets only, but we’d love to handle your full wedding florals separately!
Can I book you as my event stylist?
Yes, we’d love to help style your event! There are three ways we can work together:
- Virtual Event Stylist: We’ll discuss your design needs and create a fully curated design deck with all the links to help you design your own event. Note: This option does not include day-of styling.
- Day-of Stylist: If you prefer to be your own stylist, you can hire us for day-of styling. We’ll consult with you on your design and then show up to ensure everything is set up perfectly. We’ll also work with your photographer to capture styled shots, but we do not coordinate vendors.
- Full Event Stylist: This comprehensive package includes working with you or your planner to curate your event décor alongside your floral design. We’ll be on-site to style the event and capture content throughout the day.
